The Specialized Analytics Lead Analyst is a strategic professional who stays abreast of developments within own field and contributes to directional strategy by considering their application in own job and the business. Excellent analytical, problem solving skills, developed communication and diplomacy skills are required in order to guide, influence and convince others, in particular colleagues in other areas and occasional external customers.
Responsibilities:
* Retrieve data and conduct data driven industry leading analytics utilizing various analytical tools, software and techniques.
* Identify the distribution of target segments in different digital sub-channels and make recommendations for improving channel NPV
* Partner with modeling team and prepare, implement and track targeting solutions in digital channels
* Analyze performance of Citi owned digital channels including Citi website, emails, mobile app, desktop and mobile browser.
* Utilize statistical and segmentation tools to develop targeting strategies for digital acquisition programs.
* Offer & NPV optimization for credit cards acquisition campaigns by various products and customer segments in digital channels
* Translate data into insights that reflect an understanding of customer needs and behavioral drivers to inform strategic roadmaps and innovation.
* Conduct financial analyses and forecasting for program recommendations
* Understand all of the drivers of card financials and the underlying consumer behaviors that drive those financials. Be able to articulate these to cross functional partners.
* Lead and manage meetings with key business partners like Marketing, Risk, Finance, and Legal
* Communicate clearly and effectively to business partners and senior leaders
* Manage multiple projects simultaneously through effective project management. Create, update, and track project plans for multiple deliverables.
Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in a quantitative discipline is required (i.e. Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Engineering or other quantitative field). Graduate level preferred.
* 3+ years of work experience in digital analytics role is required
* Must have working knowledge of modern web and digital analytics including reporting with Site Catalyst, tagging processes including marketing/campaign coding, digital marketing, and site performance metrics
* Must have working knowledge of technical skills: SQL, SAS, MS Office , Hadoop, Hive
* Must have experience with DMPs, Google campaigns, SA360, and other online data sources
* Excellent analytic ability and problem solving skills. Must have demonstrated ability in data retrieving and manipulation
* Working experience in a quantitative field, consumer finance, credit card industry
* Translate digital performance KPIs into financial metrics for offer & NPV optimization for credit cards acquisition campaigns by various products and customer segment
* Work with emerging partners in digital space to create channel and reach expansion opportunities
* Collaborate with digital vendors to further enhance one-to-one marketing capability digital channels
* Understanding of measuring and analyzing online marketing campaigns including Natural and paid search, email, affiliate, display marketing
* Online marketing from branded display to direct response channels
* Design tests and learn agenda with business partners, digital vendors in display and affiliate channels to identify marketing efficiency improvement opportunities
* Online experiences across social, mobile, and other current advanced marketing and usage trends
Education:
* Bachelors/University degree, Masters degree preferred
