Job Description

Key Responsibilities

* Completes detailed analysis and commentary for finance and non-finance executives
* Support financial aspects of full P&L and balance sheet for the GIS organization
* Drive ongoing spending/ headcount reviews with finance and GIS partners, to deliver business commitments toward goals
* Support fixed asset process, including depreciation, CIP and prepaids
* Drive processes using Agile solutions including CSD, LE Modeling, Anaplan and automation robots
* Provide oversight of Balance Sheet accounts, including risk assessment, P&L impact and Balance Sheet Review support
* Support M&A activity as required
* Performs required activities and analysis to complete close with minimal oversight on recurring tasks
* Support management with ad hoc reports and providing basic explanations on standard analysis
* Partner with BU Ops/ FP&A to streamline reporting/ enhance analytics and drive business process improvement
* Continuously identify and track 'execution opportunities' to improve operating margins, identify issues, escalate helps to address for impacts
* Develops complex modeling in support of strategic plans, business sizing and performance mgmt.
* Interacts and presents analytical findings to various stakeholders. At times, may act as a direct business partner with non-finance executives.
* Key participant or lead for system integration or process improvement initiatives

Qualifications

* 4-7 years of finance experience preferred
* Bachelors degree in business/accounting/finance or related field, Masters degree and/or professional certification preferred
* Proactive change agent with the ability to execute and drive business improvement
* Strong mathematical and excel modeling skills / Tableau knowledge a plus
* Must be detail oriented, display a high degree of professionalism and be able to work under pressure while meeting all established deadlines
