What does a great Billing Analyst-Premier do?

The Billing Analyst-Premier will actively participate in the billing of Fiserv clients on a monthly basis. We seek a highly energetic individual who can work in a collaborative environment to achieve billing team goals. Individuals must have solid technical skills to manage large amounts of data accurately and efficiently. Candidates should possess solid written and verbal communication skills in order to work with members of the team. The team supports the process collectively and works to meet the required deadlines together
As a Billing Analyst-Premier, you can look forward to:

* Accumulate billing data from multiple sources, maintain contract rates, create invoices and credit memos in the SAP OTC system

* Perform invoice analysis and research variance over established thresholds

* Research and resolve client inquiries and issues.

* Monitor billing inquiry mailbox

* Work collaboratively with the billing team members to meet deadlines

* Input contract and client information in the SAP system

Basic qualifications for consideration:

* Associate degree

* Strong Excel skills including pivot tables, Vlookup and macro experience

* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet required timetables

* Ability to embrace change and work to achieve goals

Preferred qualifications:

* Bachelor degree in Accounting or related field

* 2+ years of accounting and/or billing experience

* SAP experience
