Position Summary
Responsible for converting compensation strategies into compensation plans for assigned line of business. Ensure compensation programs are administered in compliance with company policies as well as applicable federal and state regulations or legislation, including applicable wage and hour regulations, and data privacy and protection guidelines. Serve as the subject matter expert, providing consultative business solutions for assigned lines of business. Essential Job Functions

* Support the development and implementation of compensation plans to ensure market competitiveness for non-executive roles within assigned lines of business
* Work with cross-functional teams and leadership to understand business goals and recommend/implement innovative approaches, policies and processes to effect continual improvements in compensation programs; translate business priorities into actions to achieve strategic goals
* Complete gap analysis between current state and business requirements for future state and develop action plans in partnership with internal stakeholders
* Partner with internal stakeholders to develop compensation structures for unique groups, including hourly associates represented by labor agreements
* Analyze market data and develop annual salary increase budgets by geography and partner with Finance team to ensure appropriate accruals
* Collaborate with Labor Relations COE to support wage related contract negotiations
* Act as a consultant with client groups on compensation issues such as job evaluation, FLSA exemption reviews, compensation analyses, total compensation review and related issues
* Evaluates trends, market data, and benchmark surveys to ensure market competitiveness of all incentive programs and salary bands
* Partner across Compensation COE to develop the annual compensation plan and incentive payout process
* Partner with HRBPs to influence business leaders in compensation strategy, programs and issues
* Ensure HRIS and Payroll systems accurately reflect wage schedules and scales for all applicable labor agreements
* Manage experience of credit process, guidelines and compensation schedules for assigned line of business
* Travel up to 25% of time to assigned lines of business

Minimum Position Qualifications

* 3+ years of total rewards or compensation administration experience
* Any previous experience in Total Rewards role within a division
* Any previous experience in compensation administration in complex, multi-site organization
* Excellent oral/written communication skills
* Advanced Microsoft Office skills, especially with Excel
* Highly analytical, with ability to obtain large amounts of data and turn it into actionable insights
* Ability to act with confidence as subject matter expert with division leadership in guiding strategies and administration
* Demonstrated ability to protect highly confidential and sensitive information

* Certified Compensation Professional (CCP)
