We are currently seeking a FULL-TIME detail-oriented professional with a strong commitment to
his/her career and exhibits patience, adaptability, flexibility, empathy and respect. The ideal
candidate will have a passion for people and their work with an Accounts Receivable/Collections
background.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Oversee, monitor, develop, coach and guide staff
Daily assignment of new cases to team
Frequently monitor collectors calls to assure quality and accuracy of communication
Establish weekly one on one meetings with each team member assess performance, provide meaningful feedback and listen to team members concerns
Analyze critical team performance reporting including tracking of calls and emails sent, timeliness of addressing accounts, ensuring priority and/or exclusion notes are being
followed appropriately
Identifying problem accounts and determining resolution
Investigate, review and develop solutions to resolve escalated customer account
irregularities and inquiries
Ensures and maintains the integrity of customer relationships
Where applicable, create tasks to have invoices adjusted or payments (or credits) applied
Frequently review aging and applicable reporting to ensure timely suspension or
cancellation of accounts are taking place
Bi-weekly preparation of commentary for collectors aged accounts to review with Manager
Propose/draft recommendations to establish appropriate performance metrics to increase
team efficiency
Calculate team incentives
Partner with internal teams for coaching opportunities to maintain interdepartmental
collaboration
Performance evaluations
Meet with internal and/or external contacts to gather business requirements, when
necessary and continue through implementation for functional validation
Ad-hoc reporting
Special projects

Education, Skills and Experience:
Bachelors degree or 5+ years of progressive Accounts Receivable/Collections experience
Experience managing a team of 5 or more staff
Highly articulate and professional in written, video and oral communication
Strong interpersonal skills and willingness to adapt to change
Intermediate Excel skills
High aptitude and tolerance for engaging with potentially dissatisfied clients
Possess core values to engage customers with the highest level of respect and integrity
Must have working knowledge in various computer applications; i.e. Google Docs, Gmail,
Google Calendar, Google Chrome, Salesforce.com
