JOB REQUIREMENTS
Drive improved Customer Experience through the life cycle of our Intelligrated business:
o Engagement, Bids, Installation, Operations Support, Technical Support, AM Support
Work cross functionally to drive Insights and Improvement actions via Customer KPIs
Partner with the Global Customer Experience team to leverage best in class technology and operating system(s)
Solid understanding of Project Management and Operations
Proven track record of building and excelling at Customer Engagement Success
YOU MUST HAVE
High School Diploma
10+ years of Commercial Experience (Sales, Marketing, Operations, Commercial Excellence, Customer Support experience)
Minimum 5+ years leadership experience in Projects Based Business
