Job Description

Monogram Biosciences (a wholly-owned subsidiary of LabCorp), is a Project Specialist to join its team in South San Francisco. This position will be focused on streamlining and coordinating all efforts associated with processes from sample receipt to sample reporting for Monogram's Neutralizing Antibody assay (nAb).

Responsibilities:

* Coordinate project efforts across the organization, including process development, clinical research, project management, and data analysis
* Own the tracking of all nAb project samples to meet client deadlines. Work with Project Management to make these deadlines visible to all internal Monogram groups
* Compile and evaluate data on standardization and protocols in regard to issues which may include, but are not limited to, methodologies, policies, procedures, and equipment
* Make recommendations to management and may coordinate implementation of new equipment/methodologies
* Manage project documentation
* Maintain appropriate and secure files of laboratory documentation

Requirements

* High School Diploma or equivalent with 3-5 years directly applicable experience OR Bachelor's Degree with a minimum of 1 year of relevant experience.
* Previous life science industry experience highly preferred
* Experience working in a diagnostics clinical laboratory a plus
* Computer proficiency -- MS Windows, MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint. MS Project proficiency a plus
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Strong organizational skills to manage timelines, deliverables, resource demands, and conflicts
