What does a great Program Coordinator, Sales Academy do at Fiserv?
The Program Coordinator for our Sales Academy is detail-oriented, adaptive, inquisitive, driven, with a passion for learning, and developing their program management expertise.

You will be responsible for supporting and administrating an elite sales rotational development certification program.

The certification program will focus on four main areas:

* Accelerating the capacities and performance of High-Potential new-hires

* Accelerating the capacities and performance of High-Potential early-career employees

* Accelerating the path of existing employees with high leadership potential into a state of readiness to fill leadership positions as they may become available

* Ensuring diversity and inclusion is a cornerstone of career development

What you can look forward to:

* Contributing to the design of the certification program, initially focusing on the early career sales development program

* Supporting the facilitation of learning events, administrating elements of the learning program in our LMS (Learning Management System) and vendor interfaces

* Maintaining and updating training content, performing basic analysis and producing reports on progress & results, and other support/administration needs of the program

* Coordinating the candidate selection process with the interview team

* Facilitating the onboarding and supporting the ongoing development of program participants

* Coordinating with support personnel in various business units to enable a smooth transition for program participants

* Experience with various career development models, including a rotational program

* Excellent attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills while dealing with multiple constituencies and objectives

* Proven ability to build positive relationships and strategic partnerships with external and internal key stakeholders/customers across diverse groups

* Demonstrated flexibility while working in a fast paced and changing environment

* Demonstrated ability to work effectively within complex matrix teams across geographic and business unit boundaries

* Enjoys and has demonstrated ability with quickly learning new tools and processes

* Passion for diversity and inclusion

* Excellent written and verbal communication skills with all levels within the organization

Qualifications for consideration:

* 3+ years of experience in learning program or project management with demonstrated understanding of the key components to an effective project

* Experience supporting learning & development, or employee development programs

* Experience in driving large scope projects with many moving parts and interdependencies

* Minimum High School diploma or equivalent

* Ability to travel 10%

Preferred qualifications for consideration:

* Bachelor's degree, relevant certification, or equivalent experience

* Experience supporting rotational certification programs

* Previous administrative responsibilities within an LMS, preferably Cornerstone

* Experience within Learning and Development function or instructional design function preferably in a sales organization

* Skilled with basic project management tools such as Gantt charts and RACI matrixes

* Experience with development and certification programs

* Ability to foster collaboration amongst teams of assertive individuals, work successfully with demanding customers, difficult schedules and technically challenging projects

* Excellent written and presentation skills, with the ability to clearly and competently convey program performance

* Ability to work independently

* Strong data analytics and reporting skills
