About This Role:

Provide support within the site Quality Systems organization in processing and analyzing of metrics as well as assisting in improvement efforts. This includes the collection, trending, analysis, and presentation of metrics for quarterly Management Review, monthly Feeder System Review, and other operating mechanisms (e.g., CAPA metrics review) as directed. In addition, where appropriate this resource will support the execution of projects designed to improve the compliance, efficiency, and effectiveness of assigned quality systems.

Note that this position will transition in 2021 from supporting the Minnetonka site to supporting the Arden Hills site, as the Minnetonka to Arden Hills manufacturing operations transfer activities continue and are completed during the year.

Your Responsibilities Will Include:

* In the area of management review this resource will assist site senior leaders in making critical assessment of the health of the quality system by executing the required elements: including data collection, data base population and updating, logging and tracking of issues/action items, conducting analysis, generating reports, creating presentations, core team meetings, and meeting minutes.
* Create summary presentations of the analysis for review by a variety of key stakeholders.
* Work with QA and other leaders to identify areas within the quality system in need of improvement.
* Assist in the CAPA portfolio management by monitoring, tracking, and providing data to management of CAPA activities around the quality system for review in templates and presentations.
* If assigned an improvement project, this resource will ensure that project deliverables meet regulatory and corporate standards. Assist in the execution of assigned project plan and changes to business practices.
* Assists in the facilitation of meetings reviewing the analysis of metrics and discussions around action item planning.

What Were Looking For In You:

Minimum Qualifications

* BS with 2-4 years of relevant experience OR MS with 0-2 years of relevant experience.
* Experience working with MS Excel advanced functions.
* Experience with MRP and/or PDM systems.
* Experience with process mapping.
* Good communication skills with ability to collaborate cross functionally; deliver training and influence top/down and across.

Preferred Qualifications

* Good analytical skills to analyze complex data sets.
* Experience with SAP and MES.
