Data Quality Integration Engineer, Mid
Key Role:
Lead activities and tasks for improving the data quality of the contract solution. Lead meetings, calls, and working sessions representing the data quality team, providing support and thought leadership related to data quality. Serve as a technical point-of-contact between agency engineering staff and Booz Allen's engineering team, participate in recurring meetings, and develop relationships with agency technical staff. Design and develop solutions and approaches to resolve data quality tickets and assist with supporting long-term data quality strategic goals. Coordinate with the customer, delivery leads, solution architect leads, and engineering staff. Lead activities to achieve interoperability between the integration layer and deployed contract-approved products.
Basic Qualifications:
-2+ years of experience with Splunk
-1+ years of experience with designing, implementing, configuring, and operating IT systems or security infrastructure
-Experience with ticket management and prioritization using Atlassian, Jira, or ServiceNow
-Experience with data quality management
-Experience with converting customer requirements into technical requirements and communicating to development teams
-Experience with troubleshooting and solving complex, dynamic problems in an enterprise IT environment
-Ability to develop metrics and measures associated with data quality
-Ability to obtain a security clearance
-DHS Suitability
-HS diploma or GED
Additional Qualifications:
-1+ years of experience with performing systems administration in Linux or VMware environments
-Experience with cloud computing environments, including AWS, Azure, or Elk Stack
-Experience with working in large federal agency environments
-Experience with testing application design and developing unit testing against developed solutions
-Experience with working in an Agile work environment
-Knowledge of federal information security policies, standards, procedures, directives, frameworks, federal security authorizations, assessment, and risk management processes for enterprise systems
-BA or BS degree in IT Security or Engineering
-CISSP or Splunk Certified Administrator Certification
