POSITION SUMMARY

As the Operations Senior Manager, you will be responsible to provide leadership to a team accountable for dispensing and processing prescriptions in a highly automated, innovative Pharmacy fulfillment center. You will partner with cross functional teams to ensure compliance. You will apply continuous improvement methodologies and data analytics to reduce costs and increase productive metrics/targets.

What you'll do:

* Manage and drive execution of a portfolio of projects, delegating responsibility to team members, project support resources and site operational leaders for driving change management.
* Ensure quality and service standards are maintained for existing and new clients.
* Develop and build leadership within your team by identifying challenging assignments and stretch learning opportunities.
* Oversees resolution of employee relations. Conducts hiring, training, and evaluation of staff

What you need to do the job:

* Bachelors degree in Engineering, Operations, or related curriculum preferred; MBA preferred
* 8 years progressive experience in diverse operations industries
* Demonstrated communication and presentation skills, project management skills
* Demonstrated leadership skills and effective at managing change for a large, high producing workforce
* Enthusiasm and passion to meet aggressive goals and targets
* Ability to work cross functionally and deliver business results in often ambiguous situations
* Knowledge of lean or process improvement methodologies and ability to implement continuous improvement strategies; Six Sigma or related certification preferred
* Demonstrated energy and commitment to use your leadership skills to the development of individuals and teams
* Ability to adapt in a dynamic work environment and make independent decisions
* Willingness to work a flexible schedule as required.
* Continuously learning mindset
* Willingness to travel, if necessary
