Your challenge

With the relevant training provided to learn our products and industry, you will strengthen incremental sales revenue growth with new and existing customers through supporting projects and phone-based qualification.

You will drive field sales productivity improvements by leading cross-functional tasks more efficiently.

You will support the existing customers as well as initiate new customer relationships in the packaging sector with a regional focus on North America. You will be active part of a dedicated sales team and pave the way for successful sales activities. You enable to drive growth through direct customer contact and guarantee sales a strong presence at our customers. A close cooperation with our local sales team and the technical department is guarantee for success.

You will bring commercial and communicative expertise to enable us to increase our market footprint.

Your responsibilities as an OEM Technical Solutions Manager at Videojet, include:

* Supports on-site and remote pre-sales activities to assist OEM Sales Engineers with developing technical solutions for complex projects.
* Conducts site surveys as needed to aid in development of customized solutions.
* Leads regular project meetings with customer and Videojet personnel to ensure timing and deliverables remain on track.
* Coordinates shipment of all necessary equipment, parts, supplies, and supporting resources to ensure timely and smooth installation and integration.
* Manages customer equipment trials by defining equipment and accessory needs, custom hardware and software, and installation scheduling and execution.
* Serves as single point of contact for OEM customers from point of sale to installation execution and factory acceptance test sign off.
* Support sales efforts by providing strong technical expertise on leads and projects.
* Helps customers solve technical issues related to Videojet products and solutions.
* Answers questions from customers and prospective customers about the features and capabilities of our hardware and software
* Key Interface between R&D and the OEM Market / Customer base
* Work in close cooperation with OEM Sales team, Technical Support, SAR, Integrated Solutions, and Field Service teams
* Support the execution of OEM Action Plans for North America
* Provide training to Videojet personnel on custom OEM solutions.
* Provide technical training to key personnel within our OEMs (sales, engineer, field service, etc.).
* Create integration documentation detailing custom OEM integrations and installations that will be used by Videojet and OEM technical personnel to support applications in the future.

Required Qualifications:

* Technical Engineering degree or relevant work experience
* Minimum 3 years of technical experience with printing and coding solutions, preferably with Videojet products and with emphasis on packaging and/or coding & marking
* Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations
* Demonstrate both technical expertise and consultation skill
* Read, analyze, interpret and create wiring diagrams
* 50% Travel
