Overview:
The primary responsibilities of this position are to provide support to the MCCS operational areas, Citi, and outsource Partners in areas related to agent access, entitlements, and tools, in order to ensure that agents are equipped to perform all job functions in support of customers. This position will act as a SME in all areas related to this and will also ensure that access to tools and entitlements is granted and maintained in a controlled manner as a preventative to abuse, risk, and financial loss for the company. Perform other duties as assigned.
Essential Functions:
* Act as a SME with regards to Citi credit entitlements and defined credit roles, access issue resolution, as well as provide support in non-credit areas with topics related to job codes, role, dependencies, access, etc.
* Support Corporate and Citi audit initiatives related to access and control, including the SOX (Sarbanes Oxley), EERS (Citi Enterprise Entitlements Review System) review, and any other compliance/control reviews where support is needed.
* Perform in liaison role with Citi, Systems Security team, Operations, Audit & Compliance, MTech, L&L, and other areas, in order to fulfill support obligations.
* Support and represent operational areas in needs for job code/access creation, modification.
* Act as approver for PeopleTrak access and Active Directory requests.
* Ensure cross-functional access, when granted, is appropriate.
* Coordinate and control access granting process related to non-desktop agent tools, such as: MaRK, CSU, Oracle, Vantiv, Innovis, TH, FMS, FDW, etc.
* Oversee hiring, access, and termination support processes for outsource partners.
* Support, coordinate, and partner as needed with MCCS operational leaders, outsource partners, offshore support team, etc., to support footprint changes and expansion as it relates to support of MCCS operations.
* Create, promote, and maintain an environment that is rich in executional effectiveness.
* Assign responsibilities, evaluate performance of team, and develop high performing team members in accordance with the organizations policies and applicable laws.
* Partner effectively with internal and external team members to accomplish goals.
* Regular, dependable attendance and punctuality.
Qualifications:
Education/Experience:
* Bachelors degree (B.A. or B.S.) from a four-year college or university, or one to two years related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
* MCCS operational experience a plus.
* Strong Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, and PowerPoint is required.
* Familiarity with job codes and their role, AIMS, and HR processes a plus.

* Excellent verbal and written communication skills required.

* Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Physical Demands:
* This position involves extended periods of sitting and the extensive use of computer and the office equipment.
