Job Description

Global Financial Crimes Compliance is looking for a Compliance Manager to help manage the Firms KYC program and focus on Global KYC Policies. The position provides an opportunity to further develop the Firms KYC program, advise management and leading business professionals across multiple lines businesses on KYC matters, ensure KYC requirements are properly implemented and maintained, and keep current with applicable legal and regulatory requirements. The role will require the following:

* Ongoing assessment and enhancement of the Firms Global KYC Program
* Owning and driving KYC initiatives in response to business growth, program transformation or simplification efforts by conducting research and analysis, becoming a subject matter expert on the topic, coordinating cross-business working groups (when required), making recommendations of changes to the program or creating new due diligence requirements, to capture/mitigate the risk
* Conducting regulatory and policy research in response to advisory and business queries; formulate and propose solutions to assist the business and minimize risk to the Firm
* Collaborating with senior compliance and business leaders across the Firm to ensure consistent interpretation and application of existing and new policy/regulatory requirements and expectations
* Understanding and responding to global regulatory change (e.g. LATAM, WHEM, etc.) that impacts the KYC program; providing credible challenge; updating the KYC requirements accordingly and communicating the changes to the broader KYC stakeholders

Qualifications:

* Bachelors degree required
* 3 years AML/BSA/KYC Compliance experience that includes policy writing; background in Compliance, Risk, and/or Control issues in connection with financial institutions is a plus
* Knowledge of the AML/BSA and KYC legal and regulatory requirements
* Must possess excellent analytical, written and oral communication skills
* Ability to establish credibility and strong partnerships with senior business leaders, control functions, and corporate partners globally
* Ability to conduct research on complex BSA/AML regulations and industry standards
* A proven track record of effectively presenting information to senior management
* Self-starter; highly organized, with prior experience managing large-scale, time-sensitive deliverables
* Strong attention to detail
