How will you make an impact?
eBusiness Program Manager is responsible for LPD product online commerce enablement (eNPI) as well as discontinuation processes are well-documented and followed globally.
What will you do?
* Document and improve the eNPI process by working closely with product data admin (PDA) as product data management (PDM) teams to understand requirements.
* Support product management organizations to ensure eNPI for new products as well as established products are seamless.
* Ensure prioritization of eNPI and regional extension by working with product management as well as regional commercial organizations.
* Responsible for monitoring and ensuring eNPI revenue targets are met.
* Ensure discontinued products are no longer available in each region.
* Ensure customers and commercial partners are appropriately notified of eNPI as well as discontinuation.
* Program management of thermofisher.com functionality and operational capability expansion projects inclusive of assessing return on investment for each project partnering with IT and related functional teams.
* Support online pricing strategy and execution.
* Supports global price roll process.
* Ensures process is clearly documented and followed by regional teams working closely with Life Science Groups (LSG) support functions in the region and ensure involvement of LPD business unit owners.
* Supports promotional pricing execution by liaising between global strategic pricing (GSP), business unit stakeholders, LSG marketing operations and Corporate eBusiness.
* Provide analytics support related to eBusiness in collaboration with Group marketing analytics.
* Maintains global key performance indicators (KPIs) for the success of eBusiness growth inclusive of eNPI revenue growth, web traffic and conversion.
* Provide data-driven insights to eBusiness trend for digital BD functions to create and execute regional commercial and marketing tactics to drive growth.
* Create effective customer communication campaigns to increase click through rates, conversions, new customer acquisition and retention in collaboration with business unit partners, digital BD teams and commercial organizations.
How will you get here?
Education & Experience
Bachelors degree required, or
MBA, Project Management, Product Management certifications are valued, but not required.
* 2+ years of business, IT project, program and/or product management experience.
* 4-6 years of experience in commercial, eCommerce or marketing environment.
* Experience working for global or multinational companies with complex systems architecture preferred.

* Proficient knowledge of contemporary digital marketing, eBusiness, eCommerce, UI/UX, and general website best practices
* Strong ability to deal with ambiguity
* Experience with Cognos and other BI tools such as PowerBI, Tableau is a plus. Candidate must be able to self-learn tools necessary to accomplish the goal. Expert in use of Excel.
