The Program
The Summer Associate Program provides first year MBA or similar advanced degree candidates the opportunity to experience working within multidisciplinary teams formed to identify, evaluate, negotiate, and execute energyrelated transactions and strategies. Specific responsibilities could include:
* Identifying and screening potential acquisition candidates
* Conducting valuation, due diligence, structuring, negotiation, and integration for an acquisition
* Developing and negotiating the pricing and structure for an onsite cogeneration project
* Evaluating investments in new renewable energy technologies
* Developing a marketing plan to grow an existing product line
* Researching and assessing industry competitors
