In this role, youll work side-by-side with engineers developing our player technologies, encoding music, and working with state of the art content protection systems. Youll help bring high-definition audio to the masses and assist in our mission to deliver the best playback experience for Amazon Music, no matter the device.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
2+ years of non-internship professional software development experience
Programming experience with at least one modern language such as Java, C++, or C including object-oriented design
1+ years of experience contributing to the architecture and design (architecture, design patterns, reliability and scaling) of new and current systems.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Experience developing high-quality cross-platform code
Ability to learn and adapt to new, complex development environments
Firm understanding of software development principles
Experienced in all stages of development, including design, development, testing, and deployment
Analytical skills, excellent communication skills, and strong team ethic
