Job Description

Facebook is looking for a Reporting Manager who can be a key contributor in a high-energy finance organization. The individual must have the ability to be a strategic thinker while having the ability to get into the day to day details. We are also looking for someone detail-oriented, organized and thorough with a focus on continuous improvement.

Reporting Manager Responsibilities

* Assist in the Companys external financial reporting process, including SEC reporting (Form 10-K, 10-Q), quarterly and annual census reporting, and other financial and governmental statutory reporting as required

* Prepare or review quarterly financial statements, including statement of cash flows

* Ensure compliance with all GAAP and disclosure requirements

* Lead various process improvement initiatives in order to eliminate redundancies and improve efficiency

* Assist with or review of the XBRL process

* Assist with the internal and external stakeholder review of the reporting deliverables

* Support the annual audit and quarterly review activities with external auditors

* Support testings by internal and external auditors on internal controls

* Partner with the accounting and finance department to create a high performance team capable of meeting the Companys and the departments objectives

* Ad-hoc projects and research as needed

Minimum Qualifications

* BA/BS degree

* CPA or equivalent qualification

* At least 7 years of combined experience at a global organization and public accounting

Preferred Qualifications

* Communications experience, as well as organizational, time and project management experience

* Bachelor or higher degree in accounting or finance

* Experience in a public accounting firm, including audits of public company financial statements

* SEC reporting experience in a public company

* Demonstrated knowledge with experience researching and documenting new accounting guidance and the accounting treatment of complex issues

* Proven self-starter and independent thinker who sets aggressive goals and meets them

* Experience in the technology or social media industry

* Experience with Microsoft Office suite

* Oracle experience

* Wdesk experience
