The Global Client & Category Team (GCC) partners with the worlds largest marketers and their agencies to maximize the business and brand-building potential of the Facebook platform. A successful partnership with these global advertisers depends on the GCC teams ability to help them continuously maximize the value and business impact they extract from their investments across Facebooks family of apps and services. The GCC Academy is a center of excellence and consultancy within GCC that works to define and drive consistent best practice across all of Facebooks global partnerships. The Academy focuses on surfacing and scaling best practice across global partnership teams, guiding sales teams in building strong partnership plans, and leading critical and priority workstreams key to overall GCC growth. We are looking for a new Academy Lead to partner with our GCC Digital Natives teams across the globe, focused on accelerating the business growth of the worlds largest global eCommerce, Tech, Entertainment and Retail advertisers. Your role will be to work across our GCC Digital Native teams globally to help them develop robust growth plans, program manage priority global workstreams for the business and scale best practice across partnerships and geographies.
GCC Academy Lead - Digital Natives Responsibilities
* Work closely with the GCC Director for Digital Natives and their leadership team to identify key business priorities to meet the organizations growth objectives.
* Program manage initiatives and workstreams to deliver against these priorities, partnering with key Cross-Functional and Sales partners to develop holistic sales programs, content and communications that our GCC teams can bring to their advertisers. Oversee and track activation across partnerships globally.
* Support each individual GCC partnership team in the development of their advertisers business plan. Provide ongoing consultation and resources to enable them to deliver against their key priorities, including internal best practice sharing, guidance on recommended go-to-market approaches and the co-ordination of cross-functional support.
* Surface, package and scale best practice happening on individual partnerships across the broader Digital Natives organization. This will include the development of in-depth case studies, playbooks, training programs, communication vehicles and tools to enable all within the organization to accelerate their advertisers business growth.
Minimum Qualifications
* 8+ years experience working directly with marketing, media and/or consulting companies.
* Experience working in the eCommerce, Retail, Tech or Entertainment industries.
* Demonstrated experience developing clear, strategic action plans.
* Experience coaching others, or in developing or running workshops and training programs.
* Experience working effectively with cross functional teams, multiple stakeholders and all levels of management.
* Experience communicating effectively, across large audiences with authority.
* A simplifier and innate problem solver.
* Demonstrated curiosity to uncover pockets and scale them across a team/organization.
* Experience tracking success and iterating programs based on feedback.
