The Telecom Operator operates the switchboard to relay incoming calls, outgoing calls, and pages. Screens visitors and releases patient information when authorized per hospital policy. Requires a customer service oriented individual with communication skills.

Qualifications

Skills:

* Experience in customer service position.
* Previous PBX experience is desirable.
* Ability to fluently speak and understand English.
* Previous experience in hospital setting preferred.
* Ability to perform calmly, competently and quickly in emergency situations.
* Customer service abilities.
