Job Description
As a business systems consultant, you will partner with business sponsors and IT to deliver on efforts and support enterprise applications and tools of the core Telephony systems used across Progressive. You will be responsible for gathering business requirements, helping assess solutions, and overseeing their implementation. You will also support ongoing monitoring, maintenance, and defect/outage resolution. Additionally, you will work with the team’s core applications including phones, interactive voice response, call routing, consultant desktop, automated dialer, vendor applications, and workforce Management.
Must-have qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a business-related discipline with at least 5-7 years systems experience
In lieu of a degree, must have 8 years of related work experience in a technical role
Preferred skills
Experience with Cisco UCCE (v12+), CUIC and Finesse
Experience supporting business system requirements
Ability to analyze complex needs, communicate effectively, and influence others
Strong prioritization and time-management abilities
