We are looking for a Senior Program Manager to create seamless end-to-end developer experiences for apps built on Windows, macOS and Linux using Microsoft Identity Platform. You'll own and drive the design and adoption of .NET and cross-plat C++ authentication libraries for the desktop, and partner closely to drive desktop requirements for libraries in Java, Python and Node.js. You'll collect requirements and drive adoption with Fortune 500, Startups, and ISVs as well as Visual Studio, Azure, Power Platform, and M365 to create a thriving app ecosystem for 1 billion+ users with a Microsoft identity.

We're looking for candidates who have passion for the developer customer (internal and external), stay on top of developer platform industry trends, like to get their hands dirty writing sample code. We seek candidates experienced in developing product hypotheses and validating directly with developer customers, and those who are capable of formulating sound advice on how to integrate our solutions into cloud, desktop and mobile applications. Required Qualifications:

* BA/BS in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics or related discipline
* 6+ years of Program Management experience shipping software

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience designing developer products: APIs, libraries, tools, great developer experiences
* Experience with developer tools on Windows, macOS and Linux
* Experience designing distributed systems is nice to have
* Experience in identity is nice to have (we'll teach what you don't know)
