We are looking for an enthusiastic team member who understands and is passionate about global scale GTM motions and is ready to drive the business roadmap and WW field engagement for Microsoft Security, Compliance and Identity org. In this highly visible role, you will have opportunities to drive business growth by partnering with product marketing and engineering teams across SCI to deliver and orchestrate product roadmap, and lead the field engagement across several communities.
As the WW Field Community and Roadmap Lead in the SCI team, you will be responsible for
* Leading the WW SCI field engagement and supporting field marketing and sales communities
* Championing and empowering subsidiary teams to land and scale the SCI go-to-market programs
* Collaborating with SCI product marketing and engineering teams to deliver and orchestrate product roadmap, drive the transfer of knowledge and skills between and within corp/field teams through the roadmap process
* Driving execution and future evolution of key readiness engine (OnRamp, GearUp) for SCI. Measure and drive associated landing plans to drive adoption for target field roles
* Serving as an evangelist and subject matter expert for SCI GTM across business stakeholders, field and partners, provide insights on behalf of both corp and field

Qualifications
* Candidate should have 5+ years of related work experience in field or segment marketing, sales enablement, or relevant GTM roles.
* Highly motivated self-starter, technology savvy with passion for driving business growth and the ability to work in a fast-paced disruptive environment
* Able to generate high-impact ideas, manage multiple stakeholders and drive initiatives to completion
* Proven ability to work across virtual teams and influence others, successful track records of building collaborative partnerships and overcoming challenges through teamwork
* Strong oral/written communication skills in front of diverse audiences, formulate and deliver insights around complex business problems in a thoughtful and persuasive manner
* Knowledge in SCI market and solutions, preferred but not mandatory
