Our IT team operates as a business partner proposing ideas and innovative solutions that enable new organizational capabilities. We collaborate internationally to deliver the services and solutions that help everyone to be more productive and enable innovation.
The candidate is responsible for leading the Global Network Services team inclusive of Network, Unified Communication, Identity & Access, Cyber Security Tools/Applications and Directory Services Solutions. This will include but is not limited to the following:
* Deliver world-class Networking, Unified Communications and Directory Services Solutions for the enterprise
* Provide and deliver a superior 24x7 global operations capability for Networking, Unified Communications, Directory, Identity & Access and Security Solutions
* Partner with peers, staff, and other stakeholders to ensure solutions are meeting the needs of the business and consumers of our services.
* Act as a trusted advisor by building outstanding working relationships with other IT leaders and business executives to develop a clear understanding of business needs. Develop and maintain credibility with all stakeholders by cultivating a reputation for being dependable and creating value.
* Effectively manage annual multi-million-dollar global operating budget
* Develop, maintain, manage and foster relationships with global partners, vendors and managed service partners
* Directly lead and manage a staff that works in support
of this same mission. Set goals and objectives for staff members and administer the overall performance management process. Develop and coach employees aligned with the employee development process. Continuously assess talent and ensure alignment with organization goals.
Minimum Skills:
* Minimum 10 years in infrastructure exp
* Experience working in a Global environment with Networking, Unified Communications and Directory Services Solutions for the enterprise Services
Required Education:
Bachelor's Degree Required
MS preferred
