The GDIT Supply Chain Management (SCM) organization is seeking a professional to join our SCM Operations team.GDIT SCM acquires goods and services on behalf of the company, develops supply chain strategy, builds strategic supplier relationships, manages supplier risk, and influences the downstream lifecycle. SCM Operations provides foundational support across the organization including policy development, communications, training, compliance, and process optimization.

The successful candidate will join a fast-paced, team-oriented environment and should be able to support multiple responsibilities simultaneously.

Required capabilities include:
* Communication skills - both verbal and written
* Desired working knowledge of Government acquisition environment and regulatory requirements
* Problem-identification and solution development skills
* Analytical skills
* Experienced in all Microsoft Office programs
* Customer service related skills
* Ability to meet timelines and schedule milestones

Minimum Requirements:
* Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
* Demonstrated experience of systems, tools and related technology supporting acquisition functions; including but not limited to Microsoft Office

Preferred
* Corporate supply chain management experience at the acquisition stages (Government contractor preferred); 1+ years
